• Chemical Engineer qualified at a reliable university.
• Need a person with initiative  and who is creative and an “out of the box “ thinker
• You must know that if you boil things  they will evaporate ,etc common sense and knowledge
• Petro chemical industry
• Laboratory  experience
• Science and Chemistry science
• Lab manager – and then to become Technical Director one day
• The company has the pumps and hoses etc and equipment we need a really clever person to come along
• And bring ideas and be creative , need to get things react
• We don’t want a person to leave and go overseas  and work elsewhere , stable person
• Be a thinker , think things through and understands this and that
• Eg he could make floor polish
• Career driven
• Enquiring mind
• Maybe a person with no equipment but creative and wants to make things , but cant do this by  himself
• Very much an entrepreneur kind of person

So from our side we are needing to source a person who has worked in a laboratory , has experience of handling different products , our client has an oils factory , and someone who is ambitious and wants to experiment and build themselves in a company, get highly paid and super incentives and bonuses.
