Debtors – FMCG /Retail – (Ref 7013)

SKILLS:

• Matric and speak English and Afrikaans fluently
• Degree/Diploma will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience as a Debtors
• Must reside in Randburg area or within a 25km, radius
• Computer Literate and Multitasking
• Syspro experience ( not negotiable)
• CGIC Experience ( not negotiable)
• Must have worked on Retail Debtors books (Checkers, Spar, Pick & Pay)
• Previous Key accounts experience.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

• Well-groomed and presentable
• Self-Motivated, organised and responsible(stable work history)
• Must be able to work independently and be punctual
• Good organisational and administration skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on age analysis
• Send statements to clients
• Debt collecting
• Do credits for clients
• Check suspense accounts
• Opening new accounts
• Filing
• Manage book to value of R20 Million
• Weekly Reports
