Quality Control Manager – Automotive Industry – Sandton – (Ref 7028)

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all panel beating work meets industry standards and specifications.
2. Conduct regular inspections of repaired vehicles to identify any defects, imperfections, or deviations from quality standards.
3. Collaborate with panel beating technicians to provide feedback and guidance on areas for improvement in their repair work.
4. Establish clear criteria for assessing the quality of repairs, including alignment, paint finish, structural integrity, and overall appearance.
5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and inspection findings.
6. Coordinate with management to address any recurring issues or trends identified during quality inspections.
7. Conduct training sessions for panel beating technicians on quality control standards and best practices.
8. Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to repair quality, and take appropriate actions to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to panel beating and quality control.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have experience in the Automotive Industry and with experience in the Panelbeating Industry

Salary : R25k- 30k
