Requirements and skills

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
2. Degree in business management.
3. Good knowledge of different business functions.
4. Strong leadership qualities.
5. Excellent communication skills., experience in planning and budgeting
6. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
7. Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses, Set policies and processes.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Direct the employee assessment process.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
