Business Development Manager – East Rand – (Ref 638)

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, CPIM, or CSCP (MBA is a plus)
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint, MS Visio, and Warehouse Management Systems (Red Prairie & SAP experience is advantageous)
• 10 years of successful sales experience in logistics solutions

Key Skills:

• C-Level Negotiation
• Strategic thinking with high business acumen
• Excellent sales and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Automotive Production, Aftermarket, or Consumer Retail sectors is beneficial

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure large-scale new business opportunities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed targets
• Oversee the solutions design process for profitable proposals
• Build and maintain a pipeline to support long-term growth
• Manage the tender process and ensure successful sales and implementation

Salary:

R 125 000 – R135 000 negotiable, based on experience.
