Financial controller  : Bedfordview – (Ref 645)

• Financial and accounting background/diploma
• Minimum 5 full years’ experience
• Good command of P&L, Balance Sheet and financial statements
• Understand SOPs and company’s processes (financial process, procurement processes, operational processes,)
• Ability to switch from general accounting to analytical/cost accounting
• Experienced and comfortable with Excel and with IT Systems (Good command of SAGE 100 a plus)
• Business oriented
• French speaking a plus
• Task expected:

o             Follow (from our SA office) the books and operations of some companies in DRC

o             Ensure and report compliance locally with the SOP’s approved

o             Perform audit and control of the accounting and financial operations done by the local teams

o             Perform audit and control on procurement and inventory/stock management

o             Produce financial analysis and costing analysis (recurring or ad-hoc)

o             Work and assist local teams when needed in their daily operation, monthly closing, annual closing, budget preparation.

Salary: 40 -50k
