Commissary Manager – Cape Town – Food Retail Industry (Ref 7072)

We call it a commissary Manager but it’s more a factory manager.

He must have some production manager background within a food plant / factory

It will be a dayshift position but he will have night shift reporting to him so he must be willing to come in some nights and check on staff maybe work a 15h00 till 10h00 shift here and there to know what is going on.

He will have the QC Manager and production manger reporting to him.

He must have a strong background in working with Computers, rostering of staff, managing staff, Health & Safety.

Salary : R30k – R35k depending on experience.
