Retail Sales – Pretoria area – Reference 7103

Area to cover: Pretoria as well as (Brits/Rustenburg as a country are to be seen every second
week)

Must Reside in the area

• Well spoken English and Afrikaans
• Candidate must have their own transport (Reliable) not older than 7 years with valid Driver Licence

SKILLS:

• Matric
• Well-spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years Sales Rep experience (Must have called on Checkers, Shoprite, PnP, etc.)
• Problem solver

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

• Well-groomed and presentable extrovert
• Self-motivated, organised and responsible (stable work history)
• Target driven and proactive
• Must be able to work independently and be punctual

DUTIES:

• To work closely with Telesales and team of merchandisers to achieve all store standards and
  Sales Budget for the area across entire range of products, which include (but not limited to) Fresh
  & Frozen Fish etc.
• Complete weekly call cycles
• Grow and maintain a customer/client database by building sound relationships
• Continuously seeking new opportunities
• Resolve all customer queries promptly and professionally
• Drive orders and awareness on all product lines where applicable
• Receive and process orders with relevant parties
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Attend meetings when required

Salary offered : Basic : R15 – R20k, Car Allowance : R4k, Petrol card, Cell phone allowance: R750 per month.
