Qualifications
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management
• Environmental Management Qualification
• Quality Management Qualification
Experience
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in QHSE system implementation and maintenance in Logistics, Transport, Industrial Projects, FMCG, Pharma or Medical Devices.
• At least 1 year in a similar professional capacity.
• Experience in logistics is highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Skills & Knowledge
• Familiar with ISO Standards: 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, GDP, GMP
• Strong in CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), NC (Non-Conformance), and Audit Management
• Certification in industrial or transportation safety management
- Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE digital tools
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Implement and enforce the national QHSE strategy in alignment with regional and global standards.
• Act as the liaison between regional and country teams to ensure integrated management systems (IMS) are in place and certification standards are maintained.
• Ensure full compliance with Customer and Supplier Quality governance requirements.
• Develop and manage the country risk profile and drive corrective and preventive action plans.
• Track and report on QHSE data, KPIs, and performance metrics at a country level.
• Lead investigations into incidents and non-conformities, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed.
• Foster a culture of QHSE excellence and support staffing requirements across QHSE teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, GDP, GMP).
• Coordinate national plans related to:
o Internal & external audit programs
o QHSE training
o Digital tools (e.g., Intelex, digital inductions)
o ISO compliance
o Emergency and business continuity planning
o Cross-audits and customer-driven QHSE needs
