Regional Manager – KZN -Retail Industry (Ref 7108)

Our client in the Retail Industry has the opportunity for a Regional Manager for KwaZulu-Natal, The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing two Junior Regional Managers and 18 stores, each managed by Store Managers.

Requirements:

 Candidate with regional management experience in a similar industry.

The candidate must be willing to work weekends and public holidays. In return, they will receive one day off per week and one day of remote work.

Some of their duties:

• Managing and motivating store management teams.
• Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels.
• Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for managers and relieve managers.
• Overseeing store scheduling and managing budgeted hours.
• Do store audits and manage store managers.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Daily communication with all store managers and regional manager

Salary Offered : Basic R30,000.00 – R35,000.00, depending on experience.

In addition, the package includes:

• A company vehicle (valued at R5,000.00 per month)
• A petrol card (up to R5,000.00 per month)
• A laptop and company phone
