We’re seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead our clients Beira operations. This is a strategic role where you’ll oversee and optimize export processes, drive revenue, and manage key client relationships—all while guiding your team to success!

🔑 Your Responsibilities:

📊 Develop and implement export strategies to drive growth

📝 Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations

🚢 Oversee documentation, customs, and shipping logistics

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

📈 Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control

💼 Lead and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence

📌 Key Accountabilities:

✅ Month-end reporting & revenue forecasting

✅ Shipping line reconciliations & export schedules

✅ Customer satisfaction & SOP adherence

✅ KPI tracking: on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, cost per shipment, market share

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:

⭐ Has a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or similar

⭐ Brings at least 5 years’ experience in an export-focused role

⭐ Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

⭐ Thrives under pressure, meets deadlines, and manages multiple priorities

⭐ Has advanced knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics management

💡 Preferred:

🎓 Certification in Export Compliance or Logistics

🖥️ Experience with SAP or export management systems
