Our client in the Retail Fast Food Restaurant Industry has an opportunity:

Managing and motivating a team.

Develop and maintain a schedule for Team members

Available to work extended hours, including weekends and nights.

1. Production Efficiency & Target Achievement

   • Improve overall productivity by ensuring smooth operations and resource optimization.

   • Meet production targets through scheduling and goal monitoring.

2. Quality & Cost Control

   • Maintain product quality through process monitoring and quality checks.

   • Optimize costs by reducing waste, downtime, and inefficiencies.

3. Safety & Compliance

   • Ensure a safe work environment through hazard identification, safety protocols, and staff training.

4. Leadership & Staff Management

   • Directly manage the Boxing department, including rostering and motivating team members.

   • Provide clear, frequent feedback and maintain a team schedule.

5. Skills & Competency

   • Fully computer literate (especially MS Office), with GAAP understanding.

   • Strong stock control knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.

   • Willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Salary offered: R21,800
