Regional Manager – Western Cape – Retail Food ( Ref 7181)

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 22 retail stores across the Western Cape, supported operationally by two Junior Regional Managers and three Cluster Managers. The role requires strong leadership capability, operational oversight, and the ability to effectively manage multiple sites simultaneously while ensuring operational standards, financial performance, and people management objectives are achieved.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have proven experience managing multiple retail or food service outlets simultaneously;
• Possess a strong background within the food or QSR industry;
• Demonstrate sound operational, people management, and performance management skills;
• Be flexible and willing to work weekends, with alternative days off during the week in line with operational requirements.

Salary offered:

• Basic Salary: R25,000.00 – R35,000.00 per month (depending on experience)
