SMARTNETWORK (SMARTPLACEMENTS)

We have great staff all motivated to do one thing: sell quality raw materials to the FMCG and Food Industries with the highest standards of customer service.

As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator to help us with our ever- increasing administrative needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  •   Liaising with customers and suppliers
  •   Arranging customer deliveries
  •   Processing purchase orders with our overseas suppliers and coordinating all aspects of shipments
  •   General accounting administration duties such as preparing tax Invoices
  •   Controlling inventory

Knowledge

  •   Grade 12 / Matric
  •   Relevant Diploma / Certificate or BCom Degree would be an advantage
  •   Bilingual – English & Afrikaans
  •   Sound administration skills
  •   Knowledge of accounting principles
  •   Business acumen / value-add thinking

Experience

 Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

Technical Skills

  •   Computer literate and familiar with standard MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  •   SAP experience would be advantageous
  •   Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  •   Strong planning and organisation skills
  •   Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Salary : R16k- R20k According to experience
