•     The client is seeking an elegant and professional corporate candidate who is passionate about working with staff and capable of managing a team of approximately 30 members.

•      The ideal candidate must present themselves in a suit and tie, reflecting a polished and professional image.

 

Qualifications:

•     Professional photo included on CV.

•     Over 5 years of experience within the relevant industry.

•     In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.

•     Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership.

•     Demonstrates emotional resilience, proactivity, and strong ethical standards.

•     Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

•     Proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Identify, nurture, and guide team members for growth.

•     Ensure departmental framework supports adaptability and expansion.

•     Conduct regular performance reviews and establish clear role expectations.

•     Define objectives, track progress, and hold consistent one-on-one check-ins.

•     Oversee recruitment processes, manage staff retention, and lead interviews.

•     Facilitate productive weekly meetings with department heads.

•     Evaluate branch targets and align business strategies with staff accountability.

•     Create and implement effective employee development strategies.

•     Maintain and update an organized branch hierarchy chart.

•     Enhance departmental efficiency through key performance indicators.

•     Streamline workflows for maximum operational effectiveness.

•     Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

•     Regularly assess vendor performance and drive necessary enhancements.

•     Stay informed via industry publications and networking events.

•     Proactively engage in business development through direct sales efforts.

•     Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to annual sales planning.

•     Conduct periodic reviews of high-revenue client accounts ($500+/month).

•     Offer pricing solutions and technical support to clients as needed.

•     Facilitate seamless business transitions and ongoing development initiatives.

•     Develop and oversee annual branch budgets and financial performance.

•     Manage operational expenses and oversee accounts receivable/payable.

•     Ensure adherence to company credit policies, collections, and contractual standards.

•     Leverage reporting tools to analyse and optimize client revenue streams.

•     Promote adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

•     Regular use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.

•     Primarily desk-based work with standard office tasks.
