Junior Regional Manager – Western Cape

Our client is seeking a results-driven Junior Regional Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail/QSR stores within the Western Cape region. This role is responsible for approximately 11 stores, each employing 3–7 staff members, and reports directly to the Regional Manager and National Operations Manager.

Store locations include Cavendish, Somerset, Paarl, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate may be based anywhere between the Cape Town Waterfront and Somerset West, with location negotiable based on suitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits, inspections, and operational audits
• Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
• Supervise, support, and guide store staff and management teams
• Implement and manage disciplinary procedures when required
• Compile and manage staff rosters and scheduling
• Maintain operational logs, compliance records, and documentation
• Handle compliance-related issues, calls, and follow-ups
• Support and assist with new store openings
• Ensure consistently high customer service standards
• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
• Tertiary qualification – Advantageous
• Valid driver’s license – Essential
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar multi-store management role
• QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience – Essential
• Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
• Willingness to travel extensively between stores within the region

Working Hours

• Operations run Monday to Sunday
• One scheduled day off per week
• One work-from-home day per week (administrative duties)

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Company vehicle
• Petrol card

Salary :R18k – R22k according to experience
