Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP with the ability to operate the reporting

module proficiently on the application.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Krispy Kreme retail as a store

manager or similar role.

• Solid understanding of stock-taking procedures and stock

management systems.

• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications with above-average

competency.

• Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure.

• Valid driver’s license; reliable transport is highly advantageous.

• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public

holidays, often exceeding 10 hours per day.

Duties: • Lead, manage, and inspire store management teams to achieve

excellence.

• Oversee stock ordering, maintain optimal stock levels, and manage

inventory control processes.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with

professionalism.

• Develop and maintain management schedules, providing relief for

managers and trainers as needed.

• Supervise store scheduling and ensure adherence to budgeted work

hours.

• Conduct regular store audits and evaluate store managers’

performance.

• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.

• Maintain clear and consistent daily communication with store

managers and the regional manager.

Salary offered : Basic salary according to experience ( R20k – R25k)
