An effective sales representative builds repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers’ wants and needs. 

  • To work closely with an internal Telesales agent / Trader across entire range of brands, which include well-known brands.

Will be responsible for:

  • Working out personal sales strategy and execution
  • Driving profitable growth and account development
  • Servicing existing clientele as well as searching for new business opportunities (cold calling)
  • Following up on sales leads
  • Ensuring sales targets are me

SKILLS:

  • Matric
  • Literate in English and Afrikaans
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales Rep experience (Must have been in FMCG – Food)
  • Must have been in Sales in the past 5 years
  • Must have called on Retail stores

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Well-groomed and presentable extrovert
  • Self-motivated, organised and responsible (stable work history)
  • Target driven and proactiv
  • Must be able to work independently and be punctual
