• Must come from a Car or Truck Rental background.

Requirements

• Automotive industry knowledge
• Minimum of 5 years sales Management experience.
• Drive and motivate the team, set high targets, and build strong client relations and grow and build the sales team nationally.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven

DUTIES

• Customer satisfaction improvement
• Customer retention strategies
• Managing a sales team
• Driving sales and meeting targets
• Leadership and team management
• Negotiation and closing deals.

SALARY : Highly Negotiable.
